NUMB LEPROSY

It's in the news, it's before us and indeed everywhere.

The suffering, pain, injustices and increased sexualization of our world. Sadly, we have become a generation of people numbed by the power of the media and popular culture.

The level of violence and sexuality on the media and entertainment has reduced it's effect on us and demand for compassionate action on our part. SadNess and pain has become sensationalized and we are the victims of this media matrix which we all are now plugged into. It's time to deliver ourselves from this leprosy and learn to be sensitive again.

We need to become sensitive and freed from the numbness of the age. God3 speed and God's grace be multiplied to us all.

MY VOW TO MY WIFE

You, my beloved and dearest one. You are the one I call virtuous, my lady, my lover. I preserve myself for you alone. The only gift I have to offer. All that I am and all that I have was given of the father. I share this sacred trust with no other but you. Regardless of what society thinks, I shall preserve my virginity until the day appointed. I touch no other but you. And you my dear will I honour with every thought, every word and every action. You are holy unto me and so, I shall not touch you until you say the words, "I Do" in the presence of God and many witnesses I promise to keep The Lord's vision in perspective. I promise to stay under the Lordship of Christ. I promise to take my place as priest, prophet and teacher in our home. I promise to be a faithful representative of God to our children. I promise to provide and protect. I promise to provide guidance and faithfully govern our home. I promise to guard jealously the sacred trust The Good Lord has placed in our care. I promise to be the man I was created to be. I make this solemn vow before the host of heaven and the hordes of hell. The infinite power and grace of The Most High holds me true to these words this day and always. So help me God.

YOU ARE MORE THAN YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE

This is a truly interesting topic. As I approach mid-life, it is beginning to dawn on me that The Lord has given man more capacity than he can ever imagine. You will be amazed that, though we are limited in practical sense by our imagination, our wildest imagination poorly represents the capacity locked inside every one of us.

My point:

1. You can do more
2. You can have more
3. You can be more

The eternal truth is this, BE more so that you DO more and HAVE more.

Be, do , have it the path. BEing is the most important of the three. Being more makes you do more and Doing more makes you Have more. And because of your being, when you have me it will aid your doing more. This is me just thinking.
